60 Day Trial Period

The only way to know if you made the right choice when it comes to audio equipment is to audition the product in your home, with your equipment and source material. That is why Power Sound Audio offers a 60 day trial period for all of our home audio products sold through our webstore. Look for the “60 Day Trial Period” logo on the product page to know which products qualify for the trial period.  

If you wish to return a product, please contact us through email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.We require that all of the original inner and outer boxing be used to repack the returned product. This includes the pallet for any product shipped via freight. Once your return merchandise arrives, we will inspect the contents to make sure it is still in its original condition and contains all manuals, cables, power cords, accessories, and original shipping materials and packaging. Once we determine the merchandise has been returned in its original condition, we will process the return and initiate the refund within 3 business days.The refund total will be the full purchase price less the return shipping cost and any extra costs that were incurred during shipment to you. These can include but are not limited to, duty, brokerage fees, and customs fees. We can provide an accurate estimate of these costs in total before you place your order.
