Designed to accurately reproduce source material at extremely high levels, the ev1812 ipal delivers concussive output during the most intense action movie, and accurate musical definition like you've never heard from a vented subwoofer.

-The EV18 ipal subwoofer is powered by a 960W RMS (2100W PEAK) built-in amplifier with ICEpower® audio technology. A DSP based feature board includes the essential controls to properly integrate the subwoofer into your system.

-The MDF enclosure is heavily braced and assembled with rabbet joints for strong structural integrity. The enclosure is finished with a non-reflective and extremely durable textured material. An acoustically transparent fabric grille covers the front-firing 18 inch subwoofer driver. Just below the driver on the front baffle is the high flow slot port with an edge radius. The amplifier is mounted on the rear baffle.

-The EV18 ipal contains a single 18 inch neodymium subwoofer driver from B&C in Italy. This next evolution subwoofer uses a new, longer, four layer aluminum voice coil. The result is more energy in the gap, less heat, higher sensitivity, higher power handling, lower distortion and better overall performance.
