"I’ve been playing with the new speakers all day and getting everything dialed in and man, I’m just so impressed with this Tv1813m! I knew my previous front speakers were limiting the subwoofer and now i'm finding out just how much. I’ve been having fun experiencing more of its capabilities! Now that I can crank up the volume on my AVR I am able to have the subwoofer trim on the AVR much lower (it’s around -11 now, where as before I had it around -7) and the gain knob on the subwoofer slightly lower as well (gain is at about the 3rd dot now instead of closer to the 4th). But I’m able to get more bass because I can listen at much higher master volumes. And I know the Tv1813m still has more to give yet!" -BillsFan4

"These TV1813m’s are unbelievable. I know they say even 12 inch subs can easily pressurize my size room but these PSA’s can legit add weight to the air. They effortlessly send ripples of pressure that I can feel hit the couch, go through my chest and move through my legs. Ridiculously clean too and I now understand what people mean when they say they may initially sound thinner but to me it had added more of a sense of realism. I have preferred this new sound the second I experienced it. I am not even sure I am putting what I mean into the correct words or description. I couldn’t help myself and put in the Edge of Tomorrow blu-ray since the UHD is neutered a bit. They handled the opening effortlessly and was actually slightly overwhelming to experience. John Wick was wonderful. Top Gun Maverick has some nice weighty scenes. Also watched Power arrangers with my son, god awful but sounded great. Hacksaw Ridge out a smile on my face. Didn’t get around to the War of the Worlds pod emergence but I’m afraid my neighbors will finally come knocking on the door lol. I still haven’t got around to REW and the miniDSP yet but couldn’t help but share my experience so far though I’m sure that’s exactly what the rest of your experience and why these subs are so popular." -aKa DaShiznit

"I've had my dual TV1813m for at least a couple weeks now and very impressed with the bass performance. Compared to my previous front set up of dual PB 3000 & rear corner PB16, the TV1813m's have more output and a different sound signature in the audible range (>18Hz for me). I've since sold the ultra." -jadcru

"Now that I've had these new fancy PSA subs for quite some time I'd like to offer a comment or two and a question:
1. I do find these dual TV1813m subs DID pressurize my room in a way that my PC4000 never could (they did rattle the room yes) BEFORE Dirac. Since Dirac with a harman 8dB curve and/or Pink Soda curve I find it doesn't pressurize the room as much but then again I had to turn the gain waaaaay down to calibrate (maybe down to 10-15% gain on dual vs 1/2 way). The room size is set to middle. Crossover wasn't touched. I listen mostly between -17 to -24 on HTP-1.
2. I do notice the chest punch a bit more with the PSA TV1813m vs PC4000 during action movies.
3. the B and C drivers are real. The "articulate" description is accurate. Sometimes they are more subtly than my old subs and sometimes not. They Do seem to have a wider ability to play diffferent sub notes and not just rumble and rattle and sound muddy. They do NOT sound muddy whereas the PC4000 did at times by comparison. They are Definetly more subtle but have a wider range. I get what people say about needing to seem to play it louder to hear the subs at the same "level" as you were accustomed to the old SVS subs.
4. these subs seem to integrate better with my crowsons where as the SVS seemed to be 2 distinct low freq sounds-these blend better and sound/feel more cohesive if that makes sense. " -Chirosamsung

"Hey Folks! I received my TV1813M a couple of weeks ago. Easy setup once me and the lady got it up 3 flights of stairs to the home theater. This thing is massive and it produces incredibly deep bass. I’m still learning and refining things, but so far so good! " -rickjr22
